FINAL SALE & CANCELLATION POLICY

Due to the handmade, made-to-order, and/or limited edition nature of our products, all sales are final. Pink Monarch Studio does not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Please carefully review all product descriptions, photos, personalization selections, quantities, shipping information, and other order details before completing your purchase.

Order Cancellations

Orders begin processing after they are submitted. For this reason, orders cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded after purchase, including orders placed by mistake or when a customer changes their mind.

Handmade Products

Each item is handmade and may have slight variations in color, pattern placement, bead placement, or appearance. These variations are part of the handmade nature of the product and are not considered defects.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact Pink Monarch Studio within 48 hours of confirmed delivery and include clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.

Payment Disputes

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the product description, order details, estimated processing/shipping information, and this Final Sale & Cancellation Policy.

If you experience a problem with your order, please contact Pink Monarch Studio first so we have the opportunity to resolve the issue. We maintain order records, customer communications, shipping documentation, tracking information, delivery confirmation, and applicable policy acknowledgments for transaction verification and dispute responses. 

Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.
